The monthly raw files were updated to set all phase shifting transformers to neutral. Also, for the 2018.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq3 model, the monthly monitored lines and transformers files were updated to include the new Remedial Action Plan (RAP) for Hicks Sw. - Roanoke Double Circuit 345 kV line that was implemented on May 19, 2017. See operations Market Notice W-C051917-01 for further information. This RAP is not being added to the 2018.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq2 model, because ERCOT does not view this information received so late in the auction process, during an open bid window, as critical to the completion of the auction. Previously, it was customary to set any identified PST to neutral in the CRR Network Models so that these transformers did not impact the auction optimization due to the difficulty of identifying the appropriate tap setting for a future time period. However, this was not properly set in the 2017.JUN.Monthly.Auction, which was the first to use the new version of topology processor.
