INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  May 4, 2017

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an issue that affected the Market Information System (MIS) on May 4, 2017 from 09:29 AM to 10:34 AM.  All services available through the MIS were intermittently unavailable during the noted time frame, including the following:

·         Market submissions and requests via External Web Services (EWS), Market Manager and Outage Scheduler

·         Downloading of extracts and reports from the MIS and External Web Services (EWS)

·         Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC)

·         Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Market User Interface

·         Find ESIID and Find Transaction

·         MPIM

·         Market Data Transparency (MDT) Web Services

·         Extract Subscriber

·         eService
