LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an issue that affected the Market Information System (MIS) on May 4, 2017 from 09:29 AM to 10:34 AM. All services available through the MIS were intermittently unavailable
during the noted time frame, including the following:

Downloading of extracts and reports from the MIS and External Web Services (EWS)
