LONG DESCRIPTION:
ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage on June 22, 2017. The following services were impacted during the indicated time frames:
From 5:59 AM to 6:14 AM, all services available through the Market Information System (MIS) were unavailable, including the following:

Market submissions and requests via Market Manager and Outage Scheduler
·
Downloading of extracts and reports from the MIS
·
Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC)
·
Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Market User Interface
·
Find ESIID and Find Transaction
·
MPIM
·
Market Data Transparency (MDT) Web Services
·
Extract Subscriber
·
eService
From 6:03 AM to 6:42 AM, ERCOT was unable to process Retail Transactions. NAESB was not impacted and all transactions have been processed.
From 5:59 AM to 6:14 AM, the following services were degraded or unavailable:

The Current Day Reports (CDR) application was impacted. Reports were rerun and reposted as applicable.
