LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will be implementing Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 775, Enhanced Implementation of Limits for Fast Responding Regulation Service, from August 29 to 31, 2017.

This NPRR implements behavioral rules restricting: 1) self-arrangement from Resources providing Fast Responding Regulation Service (FRRS), and 2) Real-Time provision of FRRS up to the awarded quantity in DAM.

As part of this implementation, ERCOT is making system changes to better manage registration and qualification of FRRS Resources.
