PGDTF,

 

Attached is a document describing proposed criteria for fulfillment of TPL-007-1 Requirement R3. I thank Oluwaseyi Olatujoye and Dylan Preas for their work in preparing this as a great starting point for discussion. Oluwaseyi will present the document at the August 24^th PGDTF meeting. Please review and be prepared to discuss. Also, please feel free to provide additional criteria you see as alternatives for discussion. All considerations are on the table at this point. In this meeting or in the next scheduled meeting, we would like to walk away with a framework to begin drafting PGRR language.
