SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Modification to Hicks Sw. – Roanoke Double Circuit 345 kV line Remedial Action Plan

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  September 21, 2017

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On September 21, 2017 ERCOT implemented a Downstream Production Change (DPC) to modify the Hicks Sw. – Roanoke Double Circuit Remedial Action Plan (RAP), and to monitor loading on the Wageley Robinson – Blue Mound 138 kV line under contingency loss of the Hicks Switch to Roanoke single circuit 345kV line. The RAP has been approved by the affected Transmission Operators and is scheduled to be implemented in ERCOT applications on September 21, 2017.
