SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Comments and Response Posted for the East Texas Generic Transmission Constraint

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  November 9, 2017

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT received Market Participant comments on the East Texas Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC) pursuant to Section 3.10.7.6 (4) of the ERCOT Nodal Protocols.  These comments are posted on the Market Information Services (MIS) Secure Area.  ERCOT’s response to these comments is also posted on the MIS Secure Area.

Details associated with all existing GTCs can be found on the ERCOT MIS Secure Area in the “Generic Transmission Constraints” portlet.  A Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS Secure Area.
