LONG DESCRIPTION:  On November 12, 2017 from 9:22 AM to 10:06 AM ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage.  The following systems were impacted:


  *   Retail Transaction Processing
  *   MarkeTrak

  *   Retail Application components of the Market Information System (MIS) and the Retail API

  *   Retail Reports and Extracts
  *   eService application on the MIS

  *   Find ESIID and Find Transaction
