SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Informational workshop #5 (WebEx Only) on Mass Transition of ESI IDs between TDSPs (Sharyland to Oncor)

LONG DESCRIPTION: On November 27, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, ERCOT will host the fifth informational workshop (WebEx Only) on the proposed Mass Transition of Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) from Sharyland Utilities LP (Sharyland) to Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor).  

The workshop will be conducted via WebEx only and will focus on standard Switch Requests (switch requests with effective dates on meter read dates) during the Mass Transition period.  The Mass Transition of ESI IDs from Sharyland to Oncor will occur on scheduled Sharyland meter read dates; therefore, timing of standard Switch Requests from REPs must be coordinated with Move Out and Move In transactions needed to effectuate the Mass Transition.   

 

REPs that currently serve (or intend to serve) retail Customers in the service territory transitioning from Sharyland to Oncor are encouraged to attend.  The workshop will provide an update to the informational sessions conducted by ERCOT and the TDSPs prior to the Mass Transition of ESI IDs expected to start on December 11, 2017.  REPs of record for the impacted service territory have been invited to market coordination conference calls scheduled to start on December 4, 2017.
