SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation Details of SMOGRR019

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  January 1, 2018

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On January 1, 2018, the remainder of Settlement Metering Operating Guide Revision Request (SMOGRR) 019, Clarifications and Updates to Paralleling Current Transformers, Instrument Transfer Name Plate Photos and Loss Potential Event Logging Requirements, will be implemented. 

Paragraph (k) of Settlement Metering Operating Guide Section 6.5.4, Event Logging, will be unboxed. 

This paragraph specifies the voltage levels for logging loss of potential events.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Settlement Metering Operating Guide Section 10.6, Settlement Metering Operating Guide Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
