INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  January 18, 2018

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage that began at approximately 4:00 PM on January 18, 2018.  All applications and services were available and verified as of 7:35 PM.  The following applications and services were impacted.

All services available through the Market Information System (MIS):

·         Market submissions and requests via External Web Services (EWS), Market Manager and Outage Scheduler

·         Report publishing to the ERCOT MIS

·         Downloading of extracts and reports from the MIS and EWS

·         Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC)

·         Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Market User Interface

·         Find ESIID and Find Transaction

·         MPIM

·         Market Data Transparency (MDT) Web Services

·         Extract Subscriber

·         eService
