SHORT DESCRIPTION:  867_03 Non-Interval Data Recorder (NIDR) transactions processing issue


DAY AFFECTED:  December 16, 2017

LONG DESCRIPTION:  A maintenance activity that was performed on ERCOT hardware on December 16, 2017 impacted a subset of 867_03 transactions submitted at that time.  As a result, the transactions were not passed to the settlement system for data loading in a timely manner.  The affected files have been identified and are being submitted to the data loading process as permission is granted by TDSPs via MarkeTrak issues. Approximately 173,350 NIDR 867_03 transactions were affected.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Advanced meter data (LSE file) submissions were not affected by this issue.
