PGDTF,

Sharyland submits the attached comments. Using the term load serving buses could be interpreted as excluding any bus without a load attached to it. We changed it to buses in the attached document, but are open to any other suggestions. We look forward to discussing the comments at next week’s PGDTF Business meeting.
