SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Suspension of Operations for City of Garland, Gibbons Creek Generating Station (GIBCRK_GIB_CRG1)

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT received a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for the following Generation Resource:
The NSO indicates that the Resource will be mothballed for a period of not less than seven months and not greater than eight months. The proposed effective date for the suspension of GIBCRK_GIB_CRG1 is October 1, 2018.
The NSO is posted under the Notice of Suspension of Operations portlet on the
Grid/Generation page of the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area. An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
