SHORT DESCRIPTION: Delayed processing of 867_03 transactions

DAYS AFFECTED: April 8, 2018 1:30 p.m. through April 10, 2018 9:15 a.m.
LONG DESCRIPTION: Following ERCOT’s planned maintenance outage on Sunday, April 8, 2018, it was discovered that some 867_03 transactions were not passed to the Settlement System for loading. The issue has
been corrected and 867_03 transactions previously held are now flowing to the Settlement System. Transactions that should have processed on Monday, April 9, 2018 will be processed in today’s loading run at 3:00 p.m.
