The party experiencing the outage is not an ERCOT Market Participant or Vendor. The number of affected transactions is not definitively known. At this time, ERCOT has restored connectivity with the third-party service provider and is able to process retail transactions. Processing of retail transactions may continue to be delayed due to the backlog of unprocessed transactions.
