LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an issue impacting inbound retail transaction processing from Centerpoint Energy and Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor) starting at 2:36 p.m. on May 1, 2018.
No data was lost and backlogs have largely cleared or are clearing as expected.
Root cause investigation is underway.
