After submitting Oncor’s comments on the draft scope, I remembered a good practice for developing scopes for meeting the requirements in a NERC standard is to compare the scope to the RSAW for the standard. An auditor will use the RSAW in an audit of an entity’s response to the standard. We can use the attached RSAW in our review of the draft Vulnerability Assessment Scope.
