Oncor does not have any proposed changes to the draft agenda.

During the discussion on RARF status, please include a discussion on MPT/GSU for renewables. I recently learned many, if not all, of the transformers that connect renewables to the grid have a grounded wye winding on both the transmission side and low voltage side of the transformer. If the transformer is an autotransformer instead of a two winding power transformer, grounding of both windings is needed in the GIC System model with the appropriate vector group.
