SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Final – Retail transactions processing issues

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has resolved the issue resulting in retail transactions processing at a degraded capacity.  A configuration issue was identified following hardware maintenance which unexpectedly caused degradation to performance.  Processing has been validated and backlogs cleared almost immediately.
