SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Unplanned System Outage – MAGE User Interface

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Transmission Service Providers (TSPs)

DAY AFFECTED:  February 6, 2019

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to an unplanned outage of ERCOT’s Network Modeling System, the Modeling and Graphic Editor (MAGE) user interface was unavailable from 23:30 on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 to 10:55 on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. MAGE is the interface used to add and modify data in the Network Operations Model database.

The issue has been resolved and MAGE user interface is now available.
