Attached are the PGDTF Scope and the GIC System Model Procedure Manual updated based on comments received, please review before our meeting next week.

And Yes the ERCOT market notice about the protection devices misoperation during GMD Event due to harmonics will be discussed in our meeting. It is Item 13 in our agenda.
