Here is the newest version of the GIC System Model Procedure Manual. It now has changes from AEP (in the series capacitor section and additional changes from ERCOT (adding a section on generation retirements, the GIC Model build roster, and changing some wording). All changes have been tracked using track changes.

 

If you have changes you or comments you’d like to make to the procedure manual, please email them to me so I can incorporate them and redistribute the procedure manual to the task force. Please provide all comments and edits by 2/20/2019 so they can be incorporated prior to the 2/26/2019 PGDTF meeting, and so everyone has ample time to review the document before the meeting.
