LONG DESCRIPTION:  Pursuant to ERCOT Nodal Protocol Section 3.23(3), ERCOT hereby provides notice that it executed a coordination plan with Southwest Power Pool, Inc. on April 26, 2019.  The executed version of the plan is posted on the Operating Procedures page of ERCOT.com.
