SHORT DESCRIPTION: Time Change - ERCOT Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate upgrade and changes to programmatic access to ERCOT's External Web Servies API

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Market Participant personnel that administer programmatic access to ERCOT's production and testing environments and User Security Administrators (USAs)

DAY AFFECTED: May 1, 2019

LONG DESCRIPTION: Due to feedback from Market Particpants, the time of the ERCOT Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate upgrade is being delayed to avoid impacting critical market activities.  The change will still take place on May 1, 2019, but will occur at 3:30 PM CDT, instead of 1:00 PM CDT as previously stated.

ACTION REQUIRED:  Please review the ERCOT website for previous Market Notices for actions required by Market Participants including the details of the changes that are now scheduled to be implemented on May 1, 2019 at 3:30 PM CDT.
