SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Railroad DC Tie Operations change to Oncor on Operating Day May 16, 2019

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) and Transmission Operators (TOs)

DAY AFFECTED:  May 16, 2019

LONG DESCRIPTION:  As of May 16, 2019, Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor”) will be the Transmission Operator for Railroad DC Tie Operations.  Beginning on Operating Day May 16, 2019, DC Tie Schedules (E-Tags) submitted on the Railroad DC Tie must include Oncor (ONC) as the Transmission Provider (TP) in the Physical Path for E-Tag approval.  E-Tags submitted after Operating Day, May 15, 2019, for the Railroad DC Tie with Sharyland Utilities, L.P. included as the TP will be denied.

ACTION REQUIRED:  Railroad DC Tags submitted on or after Operating Day May 16, 2019, must include Oncor (ONC) as the TP in the Physical Path for E-Tag approval.
