Subject: Files Posted for RTCTF Review

Good morning, everyone.

We’ve posted some files for RTCTF participants to review for the upcoming meeting on 8/9/19.

Updated Key Principle documents have been posted on the 8/9/19 meeting page so that folks can send in comments in advance of the meeting.  For those interested in providing comments, a new section titled “Principle Concepts in Discussion at RTCTF” has been added to each document.  The new section is to help distinguish between those items that have moved to TAC and those that are still in the iterative process at the task force.  Comments on principle concepts for discussion at RTCTF should be to the newly added section.  Please send me any comments you have by the close of business on 8/2/19 and we will make sure they’re posted for the meeting.

We also have an updated version of the automated scenario analysis spreadsheet.  The team has addressed some bugs that were discovered around the RTCTF meeting on 7/12/19.  The new version is posted on the RTCTF homepage.  Moving forward, the plan is update the file on the homepage with any new versions that are developed.

Finally, we are also wrapping up updates to the “Discussion Points and Issues Tracking” spreadsheet.  The latest version will include several updates to the schedule, particularly for those items where there has been direction from the PUCT.  A new version will be posted within the next day or two and will also be placed on the RTCTF homepage to ensure that folks will always know where to go to get the latest file.

Thank you and let me know if you have any questions.
