SHORT DESCRIPTION: TSP Workshop on Outage Restrictions and Network Model Topology Processor

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On December 2, 2019, ERCOT will be hosting a workshop to review Lessons Learned from the Summer Outage Restrictions as well as to discuss the Network Model Topology Processor and migration to new PSS/E versions.

The first part of the workshop will occur in the morning and will involve the sharing of ERCOT and TDSP lessons learned from the summer 2019 Transmission Outage restrictions, and best practices utilized to work within the outage restrictions during the summer.  The second part of the workshop will occur in the afternoon and will include a discussion led by ERCOT staff pertaining to upgrades to the current Network Model Topology Processor including the impact of upgrading the model to new PSS/E versions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The workshop will be held in ERCOT’s Taylor office.  Additional details will be posted to the meeting site, available on the calendar at ERCOT.com.
