SHORT DESCRIPTION: Release - Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Market Participant User Security Administrators (USAs)

DAY AFFECTED: November 15, 2019, 12:00 - 14:00

LONG DESCRIPTION: On November 15, 2019, from 12:00 - 14:00, ERCOT will be performing planned system maintenance on the Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) system.  This outage will affect USA ability to create new users, adjust roles, issue new certificates and terminate/revoke user access.  Users will not be able to download new certificates or renew existing certificates for the duration of the maintenance.
