LONG DESCRIPTION: From 12:35 PM to 1:40 PM CDT today ERCOT experienced an issue with the Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) application preventing users from issuing, renewing, and revoking Client Digital Certificates.  The issue has been resolved.
