SHORT DESCRIPTION: Market Information System (MIS) Public document lists not available in XML format. 

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: November 7, 2019

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT recently made changes to the MIS application. The changes included making the URL that produced XML output for listing MIS documents no longer available on MIS Public. This change does not impact Market Participants using digital certificates to access reports and and extracts on the MIS.   

ACTION REQUIRED: MIS Public users should utilize the HTML format to access MIS Public lists. Market Participants may access the MIS using digital certificates to authenicate and gain access to document lists in XML.
