SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation Details of NPRR920 - Updated implementation date

LONG DESCRIPTION: On December 16, 2019, Protocol language related to Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 920, Change to Ramp Rate Calculation in Resource Limit Calculator, will be implemented.

NPRR 920 changes the Resource Limit Calculator logic for calculating ramp rates used in Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) from a static calculation to a dynamic calculation that optimizes the amount of ramp shared between Regulation Service and SCED. The new logic will dynamically adjust the amount of ramp rate reserved for Regulation Service in Real-Time based on the percentage of Regulation Service being deployed in the opposite direction in Real-Time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
