SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation Details of NPRR943

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: January 19, 2020

LONG DESCRIPTION: On January 19, 2020, Protocol language related to Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 943, Holiday Schedule Update, will be implemented.  

NPRR943 adds Martin Luther King, Jr. Day to the list of ERCOT observed holidays under the definition of Business Day. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
