SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Retail transaction processing issues

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Retail Operations

DAY AFFECTED:  January 24, 2020; 03:38 – 10:45

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT received unexpected volumes from a market participant which resulted in slow and/or sporadic processing of retail transactions.  At this time retail, processing is performing as expected with the exception of a slowdown in the processing of 814_20s.

ERCOT will continue analysis and reach out directly to those trading partners who did not receive the expected responses to submissions during this time period.  If you have any questions or have not received all expected retail transaction responses please reach out to your ERCOT account manager.
