SHORT DESCRIPTION: Updated Reminder - Implementation of market-facing changes for February 2020

DAYS AFFECTED: February 4 - 6, 2020

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has updated the list of changes being implemented in the production environment on February 4 - 6, 2020.  ERCOT's EWS changes previously planned to be part of this release related to NPRR863/NPRR960 will now be updated along with phase 1 of NPRR863/NPRR960 on March 1, 2020.  Please see the attached spreadsheet for the description of the change.
