SHORT DESCRIPTION: Generic Transmission Constraints (GTC) Workshop

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will hold an educational workshop on the topic of Generic Transmission Constraints (GTCs) on February 24, 2020 from 9:30 to 3:00 in room 206 at the Met Center location.  The purpose of this workshop is to provide a comprehensive overview of GTCs. ERCOT will discuss GTCs' purpose, history, current and future implementation. ERCOT will also discuss the Quarterly Stability Assessment (QSA) process and how that interacts with the derivation of GTCs, how the numeric limits associated with GTCs are derived, and other related topics.  An agenda will be posted on the meeting calendar closer to the workshop date.
