LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is in the process of updating the Market Information System (MIS) user interface with the goal of making it easier for users to access MIS applications, data extracts and reports.
Upgrade timeline:
In order to gauge current satisfaction with the MIS and engage frequent MIS users during the next few months, ERCOT has developed a short survey. ERCOT requests that MIS users complete this survey by Friday, April 24, 2020. The survey also allows MIS users who frequent the MIS daily, accessing multiple applications, data extracts and reports, to volunteer to be contacted by ERCOT for additional questions and to provide feedback during the development and testing of the changes to the MIS.
Authorized Representatives and User Security Administrators (USAs) are encouraged to forward this notice to frequent MIS users in their organizations.
ACTION REQUIRED: Please forward this notice to MIS users in your organization and encourage frequent MIS users to volunteer for continued engagement with ERCOT. ERCOT requests that MIS users complete this survey by Friday April 24, 2020.
