SHORT DESCRIPTION: Total counts of ESI IDs and MWh for each POLR class by TDSP service territory

LONG DESCRIPTION: On June 03, 2020, ERCOT will publish the total count of active Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) as of March 31, 2020, that fall into each Provider of Last Resort (POLR) Customer class (Residential, Small Non-Residential, Medium Non-Residential, and Large Non-Residential) by Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) service territory.  The report will include the total MWh for each POLR Customer class by TDSP service territory for the period April 1, 2019, through March 31, 2020. The report can be found on the Retail page of ERCOT.com under the Key Documents entitled “POLR Counts Energy 2020 Reporting Final.”

The current POLR Customer class assignment for each ESI ID by TDSP territory can be found in the TDSP ESI ID Reports on ERCOT.com.  In order to identify the most recent POLR Customer classification for each ESI ID, please reference the most recent ‘FULL’ TDSP ESI ID Extract and all subsequent ‘Daily’ incremental files.  For additional details, please consult the Extract User’s Guide.

ACTION REQUIRED: CRs should use this information for their POLR eligibility filings to the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) for 2020.
