LONG DESCRIPTION: As required by the Electric Reliability Organization (ERO) Fee Assessment and Collection Guide, ERCOT will post Adjusted Metered Load (AML) data for each Load Serving Entity (LSE) by August 1 for the previous calendar year for use in calculating the Net Energy for Load (NEL) for the following year (January 1 through December 31). The 2019 AML data was posted on July 29, 2020.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The ERO Fee Assessment LSE Share Report (EMIL ID COMS-805-M, Report ID 1036) is posted on the Market Information System (MIS), under Data Aggregation Reports and Extracts (Certified) – LSE.

The attached ERO Fee Assessment and Collection Guide can be used as a reference document on this process.
