SHORT DESCRIPTION: Delayed processing of 867_03 transactions


DAYS AFFECTED: August 4, 2020 and August 5, 2020

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to system maintenance activity, an 867_03 data loading process scheduled to occur at 3:00 PM on August 5, 2020 was not executed.  All 867_03 transactions due to process at that time were held until August 6, 2020.  As a result, Retail transaction processing that occurred on August 5, 2020 for Initial Settlement of Operating Day (OD) August 1, 2020, Final Settlement of OD June 13, 2020, and True-Up Settlement of OD February 10, 2020, did not include 867_03 transactions submitted from 1:00 PM on August 4, 2020 until 12:59 PM on August 5, 2020.  All queued transaction processing was completed today, August 6, 2020 by 9:00 AM.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: AMS data submission/loading was not affected by this event.
