NOTICE DATE: August 5, 2020 NOTICE TYPE: Informational SHORT DESCRIPTION: Extreme Weather Emergency – Oncor Suspends Disconnect for Non-Pay (DNP) Activity for Affected Counties INTENDED AUDIENCE: Retail Electric Providers LONG DESCRIPTION: The counties in the Oncor service territory listed in the table below have been affected by an extreme weather emergency (DNP Moratorium) as determined pursuant to PUCT Substantive Rule 25.483(j). In accordance with PUCT rules, REPs must not send DNP orders to be executed during extreme weather emergencies for customers in these counties. Oncor will not execute DNP orders in these counties during the extreme weather emergency. Oncor will resume working DNP orders in these counties on the date specified in the table below unless the extreme weather emergency is extended. DNP orders received during the period will be unexecuted.
