SHORT DESCRIPTION: Partial implementation details of PGRR078

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION: On November 1, 2020, Planning Guide language related to Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) 078, Market Data Transparency Update for Planning Postings, will be partially implemented. Specifically, the updates to "Resource Registration Data" and "Regional Transmission Plan Postings" in the list included in paragraph (2) of Section 7.1, Planning Data and Information, will be unboxed.

Remaining Planning Guide language related to PGRR078 will be implemented at a later date.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: PGRR078 and associated documents can be found on the ERCOT website.

Pursuant to Planning Guide Section 1.2.6, Planning Guide Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
