SHORT DESCRIPTION:   Reminder for REs, QSEs and TDSPs to Maintain Fault Recording and Sequence of Events Recording Data

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Resource Entities, QSEs and TDSPs with data that may assist ERCOT in analysis of the transmission events on October 28, 2020.  

DAYS AFFECTED: October 28, 2020

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is providing a reminder to QSEs and TDSPs whose data may assist with analysis of the transmission events on October 28, 2020 to maintain Fault Recording and Sequence of Events Recording Data as described in Nodal Operating Guide (NOG) Section 6.1.3.4 for a "Rolling ten calendar day window for all data stored locally and not transmitted to an ERCOT phasor data concentrator".  ERCOT will be making specific Operations Requests for Information to support analysis and reporting requirements.

ACTION REQUIRED: Those included should ensure data for 10/28/2020 remains available per the Operating Guide requirement, and ensure it is not overwritten or deleted.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Individual Requests for Information will be provided to those whom ERCOT determines were entities impacted by the transmission events.
