LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be performing a Market Management and Outage Scheduler (MMS/OS) systems and databases upgrade to newer hardware and software versions as part of MMS/OS Tech Refresh Project. Production Cutover is scheduled for Thursday, December 17, 2020.
