SHORT DESCRIPTION: Integration of East Texas Electric Cooperative, Inc. Load into the ERCOT System Complete

LONG DESCRIPTION: In Public Utility Commission of Texas (“Commission”) Docket No. 47898, Petition of East Texas Electric Cooperative, Inc. for Authority to Transfer 35 Megawatts of Load into the Electric Reliability Council Of Texas, the Commission issued an Order on September 3, 2019, approving the integration of approximately 35 MW of East Texas Electric Cooperative, Inc.’s (ETEC) Load in the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) into the ERCOT System. ERCOT provides this notice that the transfer of ETEC’s Load from SPP into ERCOT took place on October 30, 2020, and is now complete.
