SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Resettlement for the ERS Standard Contract Term of February 1, 2020 - May 31, 2020

DAYS AFFECTED: February 1, 2020 - May 31, 2020 – ERS Standard Contract Term

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will post resettlements for the February 1, 2020 - May 31, 2020, Emergency Response Service (ERS) Standard Contract Term on the True-up Settlement Statement of Operating Day June 23, 2020.

Pursuant to Protocol Section 9.14.5(2), "ERS disputes filed based on a change in Load after the True-Up Settlement will be approved only if the Qualified Scheduling Entity's (QSE’s) Load changes by 10% or more." ERCOT will resolve approved ERS disputes no later than 30 Business Days after the ERS resettlement was posted.
