SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details of NPRR1055

LONG DESCRIPTION: On December 8, 2020, the ERCOT Board of Directors approved Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 1055, Market Notice and ERCOT Discretion re Late-Filed NOIE Eligibility Attestations for PTP Obligations with Links to an Option Bid Awards, with an effective date of December 9, 2020.

On January 1, 2021, Protocol language related to NPRR1055 will be implemented to remove ERCOT's discretion to accept for good cause, attestations from Non-Opt-In Entities (NOIEs) under paragraph (3) of Section 4.4.6.3, PTP Obligations with Links to an Option DAM Award Eligibility, that were submitted after the October 1, 2020 deadline.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
