SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update - Revised Proposal to Modify Stryker Remedial Action Scheme (RAS)

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has received a revised proposal from Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor) to modify the Remedial Action Scheme (RAS) at Stryker Creek. The RAS is designed to prevent thermal overloads on the Stryker Creek to Palestine South 138 kV transmission line (1255_B) and Stryker Creek to Tyler Grande 138 kV transmission line (1820_A). The RAS proposal from Oncor recommends removing the monitoring on CB 3150 as a result of the Stryker Creek to Tyler Grande 138 kV line (1820_A) rebuild.

The revised proposal has been modified to include all RAS Entities, per NOGRR183 and NERC PRC-012-2.

The proposed modification to the Stryker RAS is being reviewed by ERCOT.

ACTION REQUIRED: Comments on the proposal are due by 5:00pm on December 16, 2020, and should be submitted to [log in to unmask] using the attached comment form. Any questions or concerns submitted by this date will be addressed by ERCOT or Oncor.
