SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update - Market Management and Outage Scheduler Systems/Applications Technical Refresh

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants and User Security Administrators (USAs)

DAYS AFFECTED: December 08, 2020

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is currently in the process of upgrading its Market Management and Outage Scheduler (MMS/OS) systems and databases to newer hardware and software as part of ERCOT's MMS/OS Tech Refresh Project. ERCOT's production cutover was initially scheduled for Thursday, December 17, 2020. However, as discussed at the ERCOT Board of Directors meeting on December 8, 2020, ERCOT has determined that additional time is needed for testing of these systems and databases. ERCOT will communicate additional information and a revised date as information becomes available.
